Vacuum Pump Repair and Services
IGS offers complete vacuum pump repair and pump remanufacturing services. We have a complete inventory of parts required to repair most vacuum pump models.
All pumps remanufactured by IGS are completely disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. Due to the time and effort it takes to disassemble and overhaul a pump, it makes sense to replace all wearing parts within the pump.
Complete overhaul is recommended every one to two years depending on the use the pump receives. Frequent oil changes will reduce the frequency of pump overhauls.
After inspection, customers are contacted with a firm price to rebuild the pump. After approval, the pump is reassembled, tested, painted, and prepared for delivery.
Every pump that IGS services includes a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship effective from the date of installation.
If you are located within approximately a sixty mile radius, IGS will pick up and deliver free of charge.
Vaccuum Pump Enclosures
 Laboratories with mass spectrometers and other instrumentation are consistently noisy. The steady droning noise is distracting but necessary. With a vacuum pump enclosure, vacuum pump noise is reduced by half, or 12dB (A).
Installation is easy and done without tools or disconnecting the vacuum pump. Some models have slide windowns to check oil levels and a side trap door for access to the screw ballast.
